Jenny recently joined Thrive from outside the home mortgage industry, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in customer service, direct patient care, health coaching, and small business ownership. This diverse background allowed her to transition seamlessly into her role as Operations Coordinator. Known for her strengths in administration, communication, and relationship building, Jenny thrives in a role that allows her to learn, apply, and strategically support the team and those Thrive serves.

Outside of the office, Jenny enjoys laughing and playing board games with her supportive husband of 20 years and their three creative teenagers, snuggling their teacup Yorkie, serving others, and deepening her faith. After relocating from Oregon to Tennessee in 2022 and renting for several years, Jenny and her family are excited to finally own and make their home in Spring Hill, TN.
