Alif joined Thrive in January 2024 and is now serving as the Director of Marketing, bringing a fresh perspective with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. With a passion for digital marketing, Alif focuses on leveraging online platforms to enhance Thrive’s reach and client engagement.

Originally from Bangladesh, Alif now resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife. They enjoy spending their weekends at the beach, and Alif also has a keen interest in photography, capturing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
